Employment Agency Address / Work Place Address Questionnaire

I have worked at 8 different factories through 3 different employment agencies. While filling out my questionnaire for Canadian citizenship, should I put factory address where I worked or agency address?

Dear Gurpinder

Best option would be if you mentioned the names of the employment agencies in the employment history section of the questionnaire. You were employed by the agencies not by the companies.
