Who qualifies for a Canada Immigration Visa under the Family Sponsorship category?

Pursuant to section 117(1) of IRPR, the following qualify under the family class:
- Spouse, common-law or conjugal partner
- Dependent child (including adopted children)
- Parent
- Grandparent
- Sibling, nephew, niece, or grandchild under 18 years who is unmarried and whose parents are deceased
