Wait After Spousal Refusal For Next Application / Apply Instantly

I am a permanent resident of Canada. I sponsored my wife and she got interviewed at visa post. My wife told me that the visa officer was not satisfied and he told her that your husband can sponsor you again or appeal my decision. If my spousal application gets refused, do I have to wait before I can apply again or can I do instantly?

You have two options:

1. You can reapply for your spouse with a new sponsorship application addressing all of the refusal factors along with your supporting documents for that or;

2. You can appeal the decision of the visa officer.
