Can you please tell me approximate income for inviting my parents on a super visa.

Kindly tell me your family size because super visa LICO requirement will vary according to family size of inviter.

It’s just me so the family size is 1.

You have to include the persons who are being invited to Canada on super visa. If you are single person and you are inviting both your father and mother. Then your family size is 3 (You+Father+Mother=3).
The LICO income you need to invite them on super visa for the year 2020 is $39,672. You need to provide your Notice of Assessment to show your income. Line 150 on your Notice of Assessment will be taken as your income.
