My mother lost her record of landing (IMM-1000) long time ago and she received a certified copy of that after we applied for it. Now my father has lost his record of landing document as well. We need it urgent for my father’s application of pension. How long it will take to receive it?

You can apply and obtain ‘Verification of Status Document’. It takes 4 to 6 weeks approximately to receive it. Now you will not get a certified copy of Record of Landing (IMM-1000) but you will get a Verification of Status document that contains info about the person.
