Extend Stay Sister – Husband Cab Driver – Wife Farm Income+EI
-
We have a farm of 103 acres of land in Canada. My husband is a taxi driver and does not file much income but he can get a job letter from his taxi cab. Every year I have little income from our farmland and 6 months I receive unemployment insurance. We have bank savings of 190,000. Would it be enough to extend my sister’s stay in Canada?

Yes, you can get your sister’s stay extended. Make sure you show that you are economically established by submitting supporting documents. You can search for the documents checklist on our website ‘crownimmigration.com’ or check it from IRCC’s website.
