Orphan Nephew Niece Sponsorship Undertaking Requirements
-
I am a Canadian citizen and my husband is a PR card holder. My eldest sister was diagnosed with Covid-19 in April 2020 and passed away in May 2020. Her husband who was a long haul truck driver in Dubai, passed away in an accident last year. They have left behind a 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter. Can I sponsor my nephew and niece as orphans? What documents do I need for sponsorship? How long will it take to process the applications?
