Express Entry Travel History Mention Brief Visit Under 24 Hour

My cousin works on a cruise ship and he is constantly traveling from one port to another port. He is now interested in submitting an express entry profile for himself but he got stuck on the ‘Travel History’ section. During his employment, he docks on a port for less than 24 hours before sailing to the next one. He is wondering whether he needs to mention every port he has landed on during his 2 years of work or can he just ignore them since he stayed at every port for under 24 hours?

The question on the express entry profile asks to “provide details of any trips that you may have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years”. This means that regardless of how long you visited another country for, you must mention every port that you docked and landed in.
