Reached Canada With Fake ID SpousalSponsorship PublicPolicy
-
I have a neighbour whose nephew reached Canada through an agent using fake identity documents. They have received a marriage license from City of London, Ontario. Last night we were standing in the front yard and had a discussion about his spousal sponsorship application under public policy. They asked me to check with you whether it would be a smooth sponsorship or it would be a problematic one. What is your opinion?

Before giving my opinion, I have following questions for the person concerned.
1) Why he used fake identity documents to reach Canada?
2) Did he declare refugee status in Canada?
3) Was he ineligible to enter Canada? If yes, what were the reasons?
4) Has he ever been convicted in his native country or any country?
5) Has he ever been convicted in Canada or any refusals/entry denials?
6 Why he does not want to use his actual (real) name in Canada?
