SOWP Holder Dispute Spouse Got Separated Can Work Till Permit
-
I came to Canada on a spousal dependent work permit last year. My wife applied for my work permit. She is a work permit holder in Canada and works on a NOC A level job. We had some family dispute happened last week. She moved out of house and today I have received legal separation documents through courier. Our work permits are valid by the end of next year. Am I allowed to work on this valid work permit?

You can legally work in Canada because you have a valid work permit. Work permits are valid from the date they are issued to the date they expire, unless there is a removal order that can be executed.
