Minor Child Travelling to Canada Alone Document Requirements
-
My sister and her husband live in India with their 16 year old daughter. My sister’s daughter wants to travel to Canada to attend a family function. Due to a busy work schedule, my sister and husband are unable to take time off so they will not be travelling with their daughter. What documents should their daughter present with her application for visitor visa?

She needs to provide minor travelling alone consent form along with an affidavit of permission signed by both parents. Also, these documents should be accompanied by Identity cards of both parents. Moreover, when child is minor, parents usually needs to prove that they will support their child financially.
