How can I change my address or contact information for my immigration or citizenship application?

In order to change your address with IRCC you have two options:
1. Use the online tool to change your address by clicking the following link:
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=coa&lang=en
2. You can submit a request to have your address updated by using the IRCC web form service:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
