Currently Work Part-Time Official Graduation Confirmation

My sister wrote her final exams but is awaiting results. She has a part-time job in an essential sector and is currently working there. I know that she has to stop working once she has received an official confirmation from her college that she has graduated. What would be the official confirmation: when her grades get uploaded on her student portal (unofficial ones) or when she receives her official transcript or graduation letter?

The official confirmation is when she receives the letter of completion or confirmation of graduation letter from her college. She should stop working immediately, but as soon as possible she applied for her PGWP with official transcripts and confirmation of graduation letter, she will become eligible to work full-time.
