Address Children School Records / Driving License Questionnaire

I applied for Canadian citizenship last year. I was awaiting for the letter for the test and oath ceremony but instead I have received this long questionnaire. In the questionnaire, I have been asked to provide information about the schools of my children. My driver license shows my address as Cambridge, but school record of children shows Brampton. How I should answer now?

Since you have messed up the information in your applications, you have to sort out by yourself. If you may have retained us in the beginning we could warn you to align all the documents and information as soon as possible. Now try to answer questionnaire honestly.
