Can My Spouse With TRV Accompany To Canada After Marriage
-
I am a permanent resident of Canada. I recently got married in India. My wife has a temporary resident visa of Canada. I was wondering if we can travel together to Canada. Will there be any restriction for us to travel?

The answer to this question solely depends upon the assessment of CBSA officer at the port of entry. As per travel restrictions, your spouse is a member of immediate family and she can travel with you. You can explain your intention as a couple to live together in Canada and to spend more time after your marriage in India. Hopefully, there would not be any problem if you have sufficient documents to show your intent of travel to Canada.
