Canadian Experience Class Application Refused As PCC Not Valid
-
My wife applied for Canadian Experience Class. She added me as a dependent accompanying spouse and our son as a dependent child. The application was submitted three months ago. Today, we received the update saying that our application is refused due to the fact that Indian PCC is not valid. But at the time we submitted the application it was valid for two months. We got the PCC and were ready to submit the application. But due to some family problems, we had to travel to our country of origin for three weeks. We submitted application when we came back to Canada. I have no idea of what has happened?

A police certificate is a statement that you don’t have a criminal record or, if you have one, a copy of your criminal record. Your application is refused because of invalid PCC from the country of origin. When you visited your country of origin for three weeks, the PCC documents you have been issued before that became invalid. You and your family were required to get a new PCC after your last day stayed in that country.
Now, you need to apply for a new PCC, and submit your application by repeating the whole process.
