My friend and her husband from back home (Afghanistan) came to Canada in February 2018 and they claimed for refugee protection at the border. After the interview, the office decided to accept my friend’s husband’s claim but rejected my friends claim because the officer doubted my friend’s credibility. Will my friend have to go back to Afghanistan or is there any way she can stay in Canada with her husband? Please help us with this stressful situation.
