I recommend that any translations submitted should be submitted by the certified translators (for example ATIO in Ontario or your province’s respective translation associations). If outside of Canada, then you may get it done by a notary from the respective jurisdiction.

I guess it depends on what you need it for. If it’s for official use, you’ll probably need an ATIO-certified translation, but for regular stuff, services like Mars Translation work just fine.
