1 Year Cdn. Experience Enough to Apply PR Under Public Policy ?
-
I am working on a PGWP as a Personal Support Worker since past 18 months. Is this public policy (released on April 12, 2021) suitable for me?

This temporary Public Policy is to facilitate the granting of permanent residence for foreign nationals in Canada, outside of Quebec, with recent Canadian Work Experience in essential occupations. You are eligible to apply under this policy if your experience is more than one year and falls under occupations listed in Annex A – Eligible Health-Related Occupations. You are required to have a language proficiency level of CLB 4. For further clarity, click on link given below.
