PGWP & VOS Together Correction Study Permit & PGWP Deadline

My study permit extension application was approved but my study permit has some corrections to be made. I have successfully completed my studies recently. I am all prepared to apply for my post-graduation work permit. Unluckily, now this issue of study permit correction is there. I know I have to apply for verification of status to amend my study permit. I have very limited time to apply for PGWP. Do I have to apply together with my post graduation work permit application or I have to first wait for correction of study permit to arrive?

There is no need to worry about deadline to apply for PGWP. I understand that you need to apply for verification of status (VOS), and send your original study permit document with application. You cannot apply both PGWP and VOS together, because they both get processed at different centres. You can simply go for applying PGWP application online and use the scanned copy of this study permit and explain about the correction issue. Meanwhile, you can also apply for VOS as a separate paper application.

Please go ahead and apply for PGWP explaining your correction or the amendment to your study permit. Apply for the verification of the status (VOS) separately. No need to worry about anything.
