Two Permanent Residency Applications Same Time Possible Or Not
-
I am a work permit holder in Canada. When TR to PR pathways opened recently, I was eligible for recent graduate 40,000 application. On the other side, I had my express entry profile with a CRS score of 385. I applied under TR to PR pathway. Now, the last draw of Canadian Experience Class came at 380 cut off, I received an Invitation to Apply. I want to apply my PR application through express entry as the processing time is six months or less. Can I apply two applications for PR at the same time?

Yes. You can apply for both applications. You will need to pay the respective application fees for each option you pursue. Once you get your PR via one of them you have to decline either one of them. You will have to choose under which one the permanent resident status will be granted.
