US Visa Refusal How to Access File Record What is the Process

I know that we can apply ATIP to get information about previous immigration applications made to Canada. I recently had USA visa refusal, how can I get ATIP for USA? What is the name of the application and where can I apply it?

For USA, ATIP process is known as FOIA which is Freedom of Information Act. You can file your request with Department of State Online via following link:

If you need to request information which includes a personal record, You must do it via following link:
