Vidalista 10 mg is taken orally with a glass of water, with or without food, about 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity. The effect of the medication can last for up to 36 hours, allowing for a more spontaneous approach to sexual activity. Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period.
