Smoking has been my go-to for stress relief ever since I started college, and now, years later, I feel like it’s just a part of me. But lately, I’ve been noticing how out of breath I get playing soccer with my nephew, and it’s embarrassing. I’ve tried cold turkey…it didn’t stick. I’ve tried gum, it felt awkward. A friend mentioned nicotine pouches, but I’m skeptical.
Can they really replace smoking? I’m looking for something that’s not just “another attempt” but something that actually fits into real life.
