DIY Application Refused Due to Unclear Copy of Passport Submitted

I applied spousal open work permit for my husband by myself. His application got refused yesterday and refusal letter states reason: A clear and legible copy of the biological page of a passport for your spouse was not provided. I submitted a copy of his passport. I do not know what could be the reason behind this refusal?

‘A clear and legible copy of biological page was not provided’, can have many reasons. It could be that:

You have not provided a unclear copy of passport pages

or you have not provided all the pages who have biological information

or you may have missed some pages of the passport

or you may have provided some pages clear and some pages unclear

you can find the detailed reason of refusal in the GCMS notes by the officer. You can try again by uploading a clear copy of all pages of passport in a one scanned pdf file.
