Employer Change During Open Work Permit Implied Status PGWP

I am a PGWP holder in Canada. My work permit was expiring on August 31, 2020. I applied for my open work permit as my spouse is a full-time student in Canada. Currently, I am on an implied status and working with an employer from last one year. Can I change employers while on implied status? Or, do I have to stay with the same employer that I am working with?

You were a post-graduation work permit holder which allowed you to work with any employer because PGWP is an open work permit. Now, you applied for dependent spouse work permit which is also a open work permit. So, changing employers will not be an issue until your work permit is open type. You can work with any employer in Canada.
