I applied for my study permit extension by myself through a GC key account on IRCC. My online account was suspended due to multiple wrong attempts to open. I am not able to retrieve this account. Since then I have no information about my application process or any update messages? What can be the solution?

You can try contacting IRCC helpline number. They can provide you with a solution to this problem.
Call the IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100), from within Canada only, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm local time, except for statutory holidays).
