As the permanent residency application under TR to PR pathway are asking to provide medical exam while submitting. I have not gone through any medical exam yet. What document I will submit in medical uploading tab?

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, some panel physician offices may be closed or have limited appointment availabilities. If you are having difficulty getting your IME completed before you apply, you should provide the proof that a medical appointment is scheduled, including the name of the panel physician and the date and time of the appointment. You should also provide a letter of explanation of best efforts.
