I have applied for my PGWP online. I am getting a job in another province. I studied in Ontario and I am planning to move to Quebec. Can I work there?

Yes, you can move and work in Quebec. Post-graduation work permit gives you an opportunity to work on open work permit. You need a certificate of acceptance from Quebec if you plan to immigrate there and apply for permanent residency.
