My uncle who is US/Canada citizen. He has no proof of his Canadian citizenship. He do not recall if he has Citizenship card with him or not. Now he wants to enter Canada by road with no proof of Canadian citizenship holder. What can he do?

The only option for your uncle is to apply for a proof of Canadian citizenship i.e. a citizenship certificate. He can apply this as a paper application. Upon receipt of his Canadian citizenship certificate, he can enter Canada as a citizen. Follow link given below:
