I am working as a truck driver delivery man in Winnipeg, Manitoba from last 14 months. My company’s head office is in New Brunswick and the letter of employment and records will be provided by NB office. Would it effect my application of TR to PR pathway?

No. Your application of TR to PR pathway will not get any adverse effects due to location of head office. All you need is to provide documentation which proves that you have worked full-time for one year in Canada on this position. If you are working in Manitoba and the head office is located in New Brunswick but your employer is same, you are eligible to use this work experience for your PR application.
