Visitor To Canada Went to UK PPT Renewed Visa Expiring Soon

My aunt came to visit her son in Calgary during Christmas in 2019 on a temporary resident visa. She went to UK to visit her daughter there in March 2020. She renewed her Indian passport in United Kingdom. Her visa for Canada is expiring in the end of August 2020. Would she be able to fly from UK and enter Canada without any hassle. Do you suggest she should return to India and then come back after obtaining a temporary resident visa?

If your aunt has a valid visitor visa and a valid passport, a CBSA officer will allow her entry into Canada upon examination. It depends on many factors, e.g. purpose of visit, travel history, intent of a visitor, family ties in Canada and back home. No one has control on airlines staff in other countries and immigration officials. If she wishes to return to India, later on she can apply for a temporary resident visa and visit Canada in future.
