I applied for a work permit in February. My biometrics appointment got cancelled thrice and the given timeline of 90 days is almost over so what should I do now?

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, biometric collection centres in Canada are closed and are not giving any appointments. IRCC is also well aware about this fact. You should wait to provide biometrics until further notice and inform IRCC about this delay by using the online web form service.
