Refused PGWP-Insufficient Supporting Documents-ReApply
-
My application for PGWP is refused. The reason of refusal is insufficient supporting documents. Can I send my application again?

Yes. You can apply for PGWP again but it depends on other eligibility requirements as well.
If your study permit is valid and you are in the time period of 180 days from your date of completion of studies , you can apply for a PGWP again.
If your study permit is expired and you are within 180 days from your study completion date, you can apply for a restoration of status & a PGWP together. You have to pay an additional $200 for the work permit along with $255. Also, you need to pay $150 for your study permit restoration as well to become eligible to have PGWP.
