My neighbour is a pensioner in Canada. He own a house free of mortgage. he has another house and three shops given on rent. He is alone in Canada. His wife died 5 years ago. His son and daughter-in-law went for work and better life leaving their both sons behind. The son and daughter-in-law died due to Covid-19 in Italy in April 2020. He has received the death certificates and got translated in English. The 9 years old twins of the deceased couple has been studying and residing in a hostel in India. Is the old man eligible to sponsor both of his grandchildren?
