PGWP Application 1 Submitted Then 2 Got 1 Refused 2 No Action

My boyfriend was visiting India after completing his study in Canada. He applied his PGWP application in the month of March online while staying outside Canada. His application took so long time. Till the mid of July, We received no update on his application. We submitted second application for the same purpose of PGWP as there was no decision on the application. Now, the second application is in process. He just received refusal for his first application yesterday. What should we do now?

You should not have submitted the second application when an application was already in process. This could be the reason behind the refusal of your first application. I would recommend you to take a professional immigration consultant’s help while applying for any application to IRCC. Sometimes temporary applications seem to be very simple but they can lead to unfavorable consequences upon doing carelessly.
