RSVSR Why A Rising Tide in ARC Raiders Takes You City to Dam

Running “A Rising Tide” in the Shrouded Sky update feels less like a normal objective and more like a crash course in not getting lost. If you don’t prep your route (and your nerves), you’ll waste a raid just staring at walls you can’t climb. Before I even queue, I like to double-check my loadout and stash from ARC Raiders Items, because this quest punishes sloppy planning as much as bad aim.

Buried City: Finding the Foreman’s Place

You start in the Buried City, just south of Piazza Roma, hunting that barricaded apartment. The front entrance is a tease—blocked hard. So you’ve got two practical options. First, you can brute-force it with parkour: climb up, hop across, then drop onto that narrow platform wedged between the towers. Second, you can do what most people end up doing after a few failed jumps: take the rooftop zipline. The trick is timing. Ride it, watch the angle, and bail when the apartment’s “gap” lines up—too early and you smack a ledge, too late and you sail past the opening. Once you stick the landing, get inside and interact with the digital logbook terminal. The quest updates right away, and now you’ve gotta leave alive, not just “complete” it on paper.

Dam Battlegrounds: Tag the Power Generation Complex

After you extract, swap maps and head to the Dam Battlegrounds. Your first checkbox is the Power Generation Complex at the far north. This part’s almost weirdly easy. You don’t need a key item, you don’t need to press anything—just step into the complex area and let the objective tick over. Still, don’t zone out. The place is big, and it’s easy to wander the outer edges wondering why it hasn’t counted yet. Push in until you’re clearly inside the facility footprint, then move on fast, because the next step is where people burn time.

Controlled Access Zone: The Ladder and the Whiteboard

Getting into the CAZ is the real headache. There are multiple entry ideas, sure, but the most reliable is that ladder southwest of the Power Generation Complex. Drop down and you’re in the industrial guts of the zone—catwalks, machinery, awkward sightlines, the whole deal. Take it slow, clear corners, and listen. It’s easy to get turned around when every corridor looks the same. Work your way toward a room with a view over the area, then find the whiteboard packed with notes about the foreman’s project. Interact to “snap” it, and that’s basically the final proof you came for.

Extraction: Don’t Throw It at the End

Plenty of runs die right after the photo, because people sprint for extract like it’s a victory lap. It isn’t. Pick the safest route you’ve got, stay off obvious lanes, and don’t be afraid to wait out a patrol if it keeps you from a messy fight. Back in Speranza, the reward feels better when you didn’t have to rebuy half your kit, and if you do need to restock, it helps knowing where to find cheap ARC Raiders gear without turning the whole quest into a second job.Welcome to RSVSR, where ARC Raiders players swap real routes, quick wins, and no-nonsense guides. Tackling “A Rising Tide”? We’ve got you—zipline into that hidden Buried City apartment, snag the digital logbook, then head for Dam Battlegrounds: tag the Power Generation Complex, drop into the CAZ, and snap the whiteboard to close it out. Want to gear up and keep the run smooth?
