My sister-in-law has applied for study permit to Canada which was refused. The reason was related to her financial situation as the her study was sponsored by her own father. My brother does not have enough funds to support her study. How can we address the concerns of officer in the second application?

I received an Invitation to apply for permanent residency for CEC. When I logged in to start my e-apr, I noticed that my surname was placed in the given name column. Now, I am trying to amend it but it is locked and can not be changed. Is there any solution to this problem?
