My cousin applied for work permit application which is in process from India. He told me about an undeclared visa refusal to UK in 2014 which he forgot to mention. Now, he has submitted the application without mentioning about this refusal. Should he try to update the file via the webform? or He just withdraw the application.

Your cousin can update the application via webform with the details on his refusal. He can also withdraw the application and submit a corrected application.
