Hi, I want to know about PR process for foreign skilled worker. My sister did B.A, M.A. and PGDCA and now working as Software developer in Delhi, India, So what you suggest. She has not done IELTS yet.

For a foreign skilled worker to become eligible for federal skilled worker program, there are various factors involved. Your sister needs to evaluate her study as per Canadian equivalency. Hopefully, she will get master degree in her ECA report. One year of work experience and CLB level of 7 is the minimum requirement. Currently, the cut-off of CRS for FSWP is 478 in the recent draw.
