I got married three years ago and I never applied for marriage certificate. I have only record of marriage solemnization. My wife is now separated from me for more than one year. Can I apply divorce without marriage certificate?

No. You can not apply for divorce unless you have marriage certificate. It will asked by the court where you will apply for divorce. You need to apply for marriage certificate first. Once you receive marriage certificate, you will attach this with your divorce application to the court.
