I came to Canada as a student in January 2020 for a two years program of study.
I have completed my first semester with a good GPA. Now, my college has given me an official drop and my second semester will start in September 2020. As I am a full-time enrolled student at my college, but I am not going to college due to official drop. Can I invite my husband on a spousal open work permit? -
No, you will have to wait until you will start your studies again. You need to prove that you have paid your tuition fees to the college and that you are actively pursuing your studies.
