I have sponsored my wife for In Canada spousal sponsorship in April 2020. We have not received any confirmation of our paper application. Now, my wife is almost 6 months pregnant and we will be blessed with a baby in December 2020. I want to update about my wife’s pregnancy to IRCC. How can I do it as we do not have any file number yet?
